Terms of Service
effective July 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CashCat about your use of the CashCat interface at cashcat.io, including its subdomains (the interface). By using the interface you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface.
They limit our liability, and they include a class action waiver and binding individual arbitration. The Disputes section explains both.
What CashCat is
CashCat is an interface to the CashCat protocol, a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain that launch tokens into Uniswap v4 pools and permanently lock their liquidity. The interface displays public blockchain data and helps you compose transactions. It is one way to reach the protocol, not the only way: the contracts live on a public blockchain and anyone can interact with them directly, with or without this site.
The interface is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, tokens, or private keys. Every transaction is prepared for your review, signed in your own wallet, and executed by the contracts on chain. Our servers cannot execute, reverse, or block a transaction.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not be on any sanctions list, located in a jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions, or acting for anyone who is. You are responsible for making sure your use of the interface is legal where you live. We do not check this for you.
Your wallet
You connect with your own self-custody wallet. You alone control its keys and are responsible for keeping them safe. We cannot recover keys, unlock wallets, or restore lost funds. Anything signed with your keys counts as authorized by you.
The AI launch desk
Token launches on CashCat are authored by an automated AI system, the CashCat AI node. Its code is fully open source. It runs in a secure enclave and signs what it authors, and the protocol accepts only launches it signed. You describe a token in the chat, and the AI drafts everything: name, symbol, description, artwork, and launch configuration.
The AI takes no action on your behalf. It always shows you the full token overview in the chat first: the metadata it authored and the launch it proposes. The launch happens only if you approve it by signing the launch transaction with your own wallet. If you do not sign, nothing happens on chain.
By signing, you adopt the drafted token as your own submission, as if you had written every part of it yourself. Review the overview before you sign. You are responsible for your prompts, for any links you attach, and for the tokens you choose to launch.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to existing names, brands, and tokens. We do not promise that a generated name, symbol, or image is unique or free of third party rights. Nothing the AI writes is financial, legal, or tax advice.
We may filter, refuse, or limit AI authoring at any time, for any wallet or prompt. Nobody is owed a launch.
Tokens
Every token here is created at the request of a user. The launching user is the issuer of the token. We are not: we do not create, sell, underwrite, or vet tokens, and we do no due diligence on them.
Anyone can launch a token, including copies and fake versions of existing tokens. A token appearing on the interface, or ranking high in any list, is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Rankings and stats are computed from public chain data by neutral, automated criteria.
Launched tokens have no inherent value. Do not buy one expecting profit from our efforts or anyone else’s. Never spend more than you can afford to lose completely.
Trading
Trades execute against on-chain liquidity pools at prices the pool sets at execution time. Every trade you submit is unsolicited. We do not recommend trades, review them for suitability, or act as your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. We are not registered with the SEC or any other regulator, and the interface is not an exchange, broker, or money transmitter.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed, nobody can undo them, including us.
Fees
The protocol charges a launch fee and a fee on swaps, collected by the smart contracts. Part of the swap fee accrues to the token’s creator. The interface shows the fees before you sign; if a display and the chain ever differ, the amounts applied on chain control. Network gas is yours to pay. Taxes on your activity are yours to report and pay.
Your content
You are responsible for what you submit: chat prompts and any links or handles you attach to a launch. Submit only content you have the right to use. You grant us a license to host, display, and promote launched tokens and their content as part of operating the interface. You keep whatever rights you hold.
Token metadata and artwork are written to a public blockchain and to IPFS. They are public and effectively permanent. Neither you nor we can edit or delete them after launch.
Prohibited use
Do not use the interface to:
- break the law, evade sanctions, or launder money
- manipulate markets, including wash trading, pump and dumps, and rug pulls
- launch tokens that infringe trademarks or copyrights, impersonate people or projects, or defraud buyers
- submit unlawful, abusive, or malicious content
- attack, overload, scrape, or interfere with the interface or its users
We may restrict access over any of this.
Interface curation
We may hide, remove, or decline to display any token, content, or activity on the interface, at any time, with or without notice. This changes only what the interface shows. It does not and cannot change the blockchain: a hidden token still exists on chain and can still be traded through other means. We may also restrict interface access for any wallet, region, or person.
Risks you accept
Crypto assets carry serious risk, and by using the interface you accept all of it. Prices are volatile, and most launched tokens lose their entire value, often quickly. Smart contracts can contain bugs despite audits. Blockchains can reorganize, congest, or halt. Wallets get compromised. Laws change. AI-authored parameters can be unexpected. If these risks are not acceptable to you, do not use the interface.
Third parties
The interface depends on services we do not control: your wallet, RPC providers, block explorers, IPFS gateways, and Robinhood Chain itself. We are not responsible for them. Links that leave the interface, including social links attached to tokens, are not endorsements.
CashCat is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets or Uniswap Labs. Robinhood and Uniswap are trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
The interface is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the interface or the protocol is accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, or lost data. Our total liability for all claims, combined, is capped at the greater of 100 US dollars or the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your use of the interface, your tokens, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems can be resolved informally. Any dispute we cannot resolve that way will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where the law lets you use small claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the CashCat operator is established, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above is the current version, and material changes will be announced on the interface. Using the interface after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the interface at any time. The protocol keeps running on chain regardless of what happens to the interface.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are the entire agreement about the interface. You may not assign them; we may assign them to a successor of the project. Sections that by their nature should survive, including content, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, survive termination.
