Privacy Policy

CashCat has no accounts, no sign-up, and no KYC. We never ask for your name, email, or identity, and you can use the interface without giving us any personal data. This page explains the little we do handle, and what is public by design.

What we handle

Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your address to show your balances, trades, and fees. Connection state, including the address, is kept in a first-party cookie so pages render correctly. Wallet addresses also appear in public blockchain data, which we index and display like anyone else can. We do not try to link your address to your real identity.

Launch desk chat. Messages you type are sent to our servers and processed by AI providers to run the desk. We do not store them: no database, no chat logs. Only anonymous failure codes are logged.

Launch requests. When the AI authors a launch for you, your prompt, your connected wallet address, and any social links you attach are sent to our AI authoring node. We log a cryptographic hash of the prompt for debugging, never the text.

Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to rate limit requests, and is passed to our authoring gateway for the same purpose. We keep no IP logs of our own; our hosting providers keep standard, short-lived server logs.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage stats: pages viewed, device type, approximate region. Google sets its own cookies for this. Standard browser tools block it, and the interface works fine without it.

Preferences. Your theme choice lives in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

What we never collect

No names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no government IDs, no KYC. We do not sell personal data, share it for marketing, or run ad tracking.

Public by design

CashCat runs on public infrastructure, so some things are public by nature.

• On-chain activity: launches, trades, transfers, and fees tied to your wallet address. We index this data, display it, and repost trade alerts to a public Telegram channel. Anyone else can do the same, because the chain is public.
• Token metadata and artwork: written to the blockchain and to IPFS. Both are public, content-addressed, and freely copied. Deleting our copy would not delete the others.

Do not put personal information in prompts, token descriptions, or attached links. Once launched, it cannot be taken back.

Who else sees data

Operating the interface involves a few providers:

• AI providers process chat messages for the launch desk.
• The CashCat AI node, our fully open source authoring engine, composes launches from your prompt.
• RPC providers carry blockchain traffic. Requests through our proxy hide your IP address; requests your browser or wallet makes directly, including fallbacks to the public Robinhood Chain RPC, show it.
• IPFS gateways serve token images directly to your browser.
• Google provides analytics.
• Hosting providers run our servers.

We share data with providers only to operate the interface, and with authorities only when the law requires it.

Retention

Chat messages are not stored. Rate limit data lives in memory for minutes at most. Indexed blockchain data is kept indefinitely; it is public and rebuildable from the chain by anyone. Provider logs follow each provider’s own schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to processing, or to complain to a regulator. Email us and we will do what we can. One honest limit: data recorded on a blockchain or IPFS is outside anyone’s control, including ours, and cannot be edited or erased. The way to keep something private is to never launch it.

Children

The interface is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above is the current version, and material changes will be announced on the interface.
